    The two silicon carbide production plants operated by RR SiC are equipped with the latest technology; they produce a wide range of products adapted to the most demanding specifications, from millimetric size grains to low micron grits, with SiC contents above 99% and demagnetisation or chemical washing treatments. A quality control laboratory, equipped with analytical equipment and skilled operators, can ensure the quality and consistency of products.

Sic Application

Added along the melting process in cast iron and steel, silicon carbide produced by RR SiC brings an significant cost saving due to its properties in the reduction of slag, its exothermic energy supply and its improvement in the characteristics of metal finally obtained.

About us

Changzhou RR Machinery & Electronic Co., a high-tech material company, was founded in 2008 by oversea Chinese experts. RR specializes in development, production and sale of silicon carbide (SIC) and silica packing media (SIO2).

The company located in Changzhou, and has its own independent testing laboratory, with Malvern laser particle size analyzer, electron microscope, NETZSCHE Air classifier and other advance equipment. RR Company has a 10000m2 warehouse which used to store the goods at least for two month. In Ningxia and Qinghai, RR has invested in two SIC original block manufacturers to ensure the stability of the supply.
